Strengths: Smooth, accurate and easy to use. The four buttons are easy to program, and the six upper buttons are very useful also.
Weakness: Rollers must be cleaned from time to time. To be expected.
This trackball stands alone from a quality standpoint. It is smoother by far than any other (mechanical) I have tried (at least 3). I use one at work and at home. They are worth every penny and more. The programmable buttons save lots of time. This trackball has become a necessary part of my computer experience. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
Strengths: Durable, Accurate, Versitile and most of all: the ergonomics are great.

Weakness: Doesn't come with wrist-pad.

I called up customer service, and they asked me for the model # / serial #... No problem, they said, apparently that serial number fell into a lot that had defective diodes. As the Expert Mouse Pro was temporarily out of stock, they sent me the next nicest...
